SAN FRANCISCO – San Francisco raced to a 21-0 halftime lead and never looked back, downing the Houston Texans 34-3 on Sunday Night Football.
Tramaine Brock intercepted a Matt Schaub pass and took it back for a touchdown just 1:30 into the game – and it never really got close after that. The interception was one of three for Schaub, who threw a pick-six in an NFL-record fourth straight game.
San Francisco improved to 3-2 on the season, even though quarterback Colin Kaepernick completed just six passes in the game. Houston dropped its third straight game to fall to 2-3 on the year.
Kevin Kugler and James Lofton called the action on WestwoodOne Sports.
