PHILADELPHIA – David Johnson had a career night as the Arizona Cardinals defeated the Philadelphia Eagles 40-17 Sunday night to lock up the NFC West title.
Johnson scored three touchdowns and had 187 yards on 29 carries as the Cardinals improved to 12-2 on the year.
Philadelphia dropped to 6-8 on the season, but it wasn’t all bad news for Chip Kelly’s squad. If they beat the Redskins and Giants the next two weeks, they’ll win the NFC East and host a Wild Card weekend game.
Kevin Kugler and James Lofton called the action on Westwood One.
