LOS ANGELES, CA – The defending champions are down, but they are not yet out. The Philadelphia Eagles stayed a half-game out of a Wild Card spot and a game out of first place in the NFC East with a 30-23 win over the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday night.
The Rams, meanwhile, have fallen behind in the race for home-field advantage in the NFC, while also now sitting just a game ahead of the Chicago Bears in the race for a first-round bye. Chicago owns the tiebreaker thanks to their head-to-head win one week ago.
Kevin Kugler and Rod Woodson called the action on Westwood One.
