KANSAS CITY, MO – For the first time in 50 years, the Kansas City Chiefs are headed to the Super Bowl.
Patrick Mahomes was the catalyst again as Kansas City once again had to overcome and early deficit. This time Tennessee jumped out to an early lead, before Mahomes and the Chiefs came alive and rallied for a 35-24 win.
Mahomes threw three touchdown passes and had another on a dynamic run down the sideline late in the first half.
Kevin Harlan and Tony Boselli called the action on Westwood One.
