OKLAHOMA CITY — While the Women’s College World Series is technically played at a neutral venue, it’s safe to say the Sooners of Oklahoma feel right at home at ASA Hall of Fame Stadium, which sits just 25 miles from their campus in Norman.
Ahead of the best-of-three championship series, our Kevin Kugler and Leah Amico spoke with national player of the year Keilani Ricketts and head coach Patty Gasso about the excitement of the crowd and taking on the Alabama Crimson Tide for the national championship.
