One of the key moments for the Carolina Panthers this season came on November 10th when they went on the road to San Francisco and got a win at the defending NFC champions.
That hard-fought 10-9 victory solidified the Panthers’ place among the best in the NFC and from there they went on to win the NFC South and earn a first-round bye. In that November game, the Carolina defense limited the 49ers to just three field goals and only 151 yards.
